- MPIN Information
- The Marketing Partner ID (MPIN) is a personal code that your company creates in CCR.
The MPIN must have 9 digits containing at least one alpha character, one number
and no spaces or special characters.
CCR will provide guidance for creating an MPIN. If you need assistance, you can call the CCR Helpdesk at 866-606-8220, or you can go to their website, https://www.bpn.gov/, click on Help and use the Technical Assistance link to send them an email. You can also click on Help and Frequently Asked Questions for instructions on how to verify/locate your MPIN. THE
NBC DOES NOT PROVIDE MPIN INFORMATION.
Your company's CCR Point of Contact (POC) should be able to provide you with your
company's MPIN. If your company does not have a CCR MPIN, your CCR POC may
create one at the CCR website. Please note that although we receive data updates
from CCR on a daily basis, there may be a delay of up to 48 hours before the
information becomes available on the IDEAS-EC website.
-
- CCR Registration

access to the IDEAS-EC website. Vendors who do not have
a completed CCR registration are ineligible to access the
IDEAS-EC website. Active CCR registrations are downloaded
on a daily basis, however, there is a delay of 24-48 hours
before the updated CCR information becomes available on
the IDEAS-EC website.
